!! CAUTION !!

We are aware of some fraudulent text messages (SMS) which are circulating and the sender of which are pretending Deutsche Post or DHL. Please be advised these texts are NOT from us! In principle, we do not request data via text messages and do not inform our customers via text message about the status of their shipments.

The fraudulent texts contains but are not limited to the following messaging below:
- "Your package is still pending. Confirm your details here. (Link)"
- "The courier took the package off. Track: (link)"
- Notification message is originated from DHL but also an additional link (except the original link existing in the DHL original thread) is appeared at the bottom of the message. Please DO NOT click on this link and DO NOT fill any form with your personal data (including credit or debit card details)!! Also, if the link re-directs you to download any scam app (.apk), please DO NOT download it as it may contains malware and should not be installed under any circumstances!! Should you receive one of these texts, please report it to our dedicated Anti-Abuse Mailbox at: phishing-dpdhl@dhl.com where our IT security team will investigate thoroughly.
